UniHeat pack, 110 hour warmer. This is also called the mega warmer. Since the USPS is still late with the deliveries in most cases this is another option for extra hours of heat.

It’s that time of year... so HEAT packs are up.

Remember that the warmer/heater is really only needed for the LAST stretch of the journey: from your local post office to your door. The rest of the time it should be in temperature controlled environments.

This means that the day time temperature is the most important to consider. Highs of less than 45-50 degrees F.

The added weight of the heat-pack adds to the total weight of the box.

Always thinking what is best for the plant, one can add a heat pack when really not necessary and the plant can get damaged from too much heat as well. Its a 50/50. But please add one or more depending on how many plants you are getting or how big they are if you live in an area with day time HIGH temps under 45-50. We'll refund you if you get too many or end up not needing one at all.

FAQs

When will my plants ship?

We do our best to ship orders within 7 days of purchase, however, our timelines on shipping do fluctuate throughout the seasons depending on whether its "busy season" or even temperature in your area.

We spend the time picking the best plants in the greenhouse, inspect them for bugs or disease, and pack them safely for their trip to your home.

If we need to hold your plant due to low temperature we will communicate with you.

Do you ship if its cold where I live?

We recommend you purchase heat pack(s) if your area is experiencing daytime highs below 45 degrees in the next week. If temps are at freezing we will ship as even heat packs can be rendered useless.

If you have selected UPS Ground shipping it is and the plant may be traveling through colder states to get to you, a heat pack is advised. 2 if larger plant

Additionally, if you would like your order held to ship at a later date, simply reply to the order confirmation email and let us know for how long you'd like us to hold your order. We do our best to honor every hold request that's made before your plant has already shipped!

Do you ship internationally?

Due to plant import regulations and time in transit we only ship within the USA. In very rare cases where requests are made and permits secured can we ship internationally.
