The item arrived early. It took basically 2 days for the plant to go from Florida to San Francisco. The plant arrived very well protected in its packaging. Not one leaf was damaged and the plant looks super healthy, it looked even better than the sellers web pic! I would definitely buy again from this seller! I wish I could give it more stars!

I love this plant, this was my first purchase from the seller and my plant arrived in great condition. I did have about 4/5 leaves yellow within 3 days, I just removed them and everything was fine. Plants do experience stress during shipping so that’s no fault of the sellers. I would definitely recommend.

Omg! Lisa read my mind! I was going to shape it in this exact form. Lisa sent a note that she was trying to match the other Sanservias that I purchased. So thoughtful! I want it to create the illusion of a sunflower. When it grows, the lower stems will fan out, and it might look like petals. Or, I can add some succulents that look like petals. Thank you again !!

Packaged quickly and perfectly. I made a relatively large [4] order and all 4 plants arrived in pristine condition. The seller shipped on time and they arrived same week with the UPS add-on. Impressive attention to detail and care by the seller. I was skeptical buying plants online but will likely be buying from this seller in the future. Arrived happy and healthy. Well packaged. Soil still has plenty of moisture on arrival. People that order online want to know “what about leaf drop or environmental shock?” Zip. Nada. Zilch. Even for a very hardy tropical plant like this, I’m used to seeing a few dropped leaves or other indicators of stress. But, not here! Photo taken 30 seconds after being removed from the box. She still needs to “perk up” and “fluff out” from being in the box for a few days. But, it already looks great! Thanks Lisa!

THERE. ARE. NO. WORDS. You’re not supposed to have a favorite plant child… but my new pony palm is so fabulous, I cannot stop staring at her and telling her how beautiful she is. Lisa wrote a wonderful handwritten note and packaged her so wonderfully that even the idiot USPS worker who literally just chucked the package over my fence didn’t disturb her.
